Totally agree with other review, waited for close to an hour thinking I was in a queue, only the realise that the phones had switched over but there were no staff answering them... left 2 messages asking to arrange a consultation when they opened next & nothing... poor form Id try elsewhere first...!

Don't try calling for an appointment.. they don't answer. If you do get through don't be surprised if they are booked out for about 2 weeks in advance (I struggled to understand this when they don't take booking calls?) You would find better medical services in Ethiopia.
