I had asked for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my best friend for her Birthday. Well it turned out not to be a bouquet, but a small box of flowers, which looked like it had been put together by a child. It was so horrible looking, even my husband when i showed him said whats that, and he knows nothing about flower arrangements.I did ring them, to be told the manager will ring you back, well heard nothing. What a disgrace, bad management, and what a let down. I have given 1 star, as it will not let me post with NO stars.
