Great lunch, hot, freshly cooked chicken. Staff were helpful with pack selection.
The service was very slow, when we received our meals (two separate meals) they had put my wings in with the other persons meal box and forgot my potato and gravy. It was lucky that we were eating in and that I didn't have to drop the other person home as they would have scored my wings. The shop was also messy with bones all over the floor and food on tables
This place is a disgrace.The $2 chips are just horrible, soggy, tasteless because they cook it and keep it on the hotbox all day until people turn up. Same go with the chicken, you'll never get a freshly cooked all chicken bits are overcooked and kept hot in that hotbox. To me it looks like they don't care about any safety concern as long as they sell their chicken. Be warned on cheap Tuesday deal, there's always a big line up and you'll have to wait over 45min to get something while their chips keeps cooking in their hotbox until they serve it to you. I have seen many people walking away because they ran out of original or zinger after waiting for such a long time because they serve the drive thru first. They mostly employ junior so most of them mess up with the order, I ended up twice with a 9 pieces box zinger while asking for an original recipe. One of the young lady at the counter and now in the back have been such rude because she was overwhelmed or possibly didn't like her job. I don't recommend this place.
I had such a wonderful experience whilst dining in your restaurant. I liked the initiative and effort displayed by your employees! I was served by Haiden, who was cheerful and prompt with his service.
Probably the best burger I've had from any KFC, ever... Being completely honest. I don't know if I got lucky and they'd only just got everything required in that day for my burger. But it was FRESH... Either that or my severe hangover made everything taste 200% better! If that's the case, I need to drink on a more regular basis...
