Ordered take away and arrived at Cava to pick up meal. The 2 curries and naan bread that I had ordered were the exact same dishes that were advertised as a special deal. I was charged full price not at deal price. When I questioned shouldn't that special apply to me? as the advert for the takeaway deal was sitting right on the front counter. The young guy just shrugged it off and said no it didn't apply to my order as I should have mentioned I wanted the special when ordering it. False advertising and poor customer service. Won't be going back.
